Club members will have one week to vote, from December 4—11. Members will vote online in a manner that ensures the confidentiality of their votes. The mechanics of the election are explained on the ballot.
All members of the VHTRC as of October 16, 2023, are eligible to vote. On December 4, eligible members will receive an email from ElectionRunner with instructions on how to vote, which is recorded online in a confidential manner. If you are a current club member and did not receive this email or, if you have other questions about the election, please contact the Election Commissioner, Rob Colenso.
At the end of the voting period, all candidates will be notified of the results and the results will be on the website. For public purposes, the website will list only the five candidates with the most votes. Any candidate, winning or losing, may find out his or her vote and how it compared with others if he or she asks.
