Our New Bull Run Run 50 Miler Race Director

First, the Board of the Virginia Happy Trails Running Club would like to extend a tremendous thank you to Katie Keier and Quatro Hubbard for their amazing work as race directors of Bull Run Run 50 Miler over these past few years. They have continued to make this a great event year after year, and we appreciate their commitment to the race, the runners, and our club. We look forward to another great race, as 2024 will be their final year at the helm before stepping down, and we are pleased to announce who will be filling their shoes.

Congratulations to Lauren Gabler Masterson on taking on her new role as the race director for the Bull Run Run 50 miler, beginning in 2025. Lauren has been a passionate volunteer at the race ever since running it in 2016. It was the beautiful course, crazy weather, awesome aid stations, and supportive club members that drew her in. In addition to her dedication to BRR, Lauren co-directs the PB&J 25k & 50k, has recently become co-RD of The Ring, and is usually seen volunteering at various other VHTRC events. We think she will be an amazing addition to this great race and we look forward to supporting her. Congratulations again, Lauren, and thank you for stepping up to take on this exciting new challenge!!
