C4P sticker found in Alabama

Darin Dunham and his son, Nathan, were backpacking for six days on the Pinhoti Trail in central Alabama last week. On Sunday, about 1.5 miles south of US 431, on the back of a trail sign was an official C4P sticker. It is unclear who put the sticker there or how long it has been there, but it was verified to be official. Darin and Nathan hiked over 80 miles in six days through pleasant 98 degree August weather. The trail was basically empty as only one day hiker was seen the entire six days!
