New business

Summer Party

The summer party, previously called “volunteer’s party” will be held on 9/17/2023 at Gary Knipling’s home. The party will be held from 1pm-5pm and will take 6 volunteers for set up/break down. Tracy will be collecting expired shoes to recycle and party goers may bring gently used items to buy/sell/trade. Running in the morning will be optional.

Backyard Event

Launching the webpage soon. Tracy is working on the sticker.

Summer Party

Currently weighing options on the most convenient location for most members and families to be able to join.

  • Catherine’s Furnace 50K – Over budget, approved to send receipts to Trevor
  • Martha Moats Baker – August 12 
  • Women’s Half Marathon – September 9
  • Big Schloss – September 23

Other business

Member list

Being targeted for spam emails from running companies. Currently handled as needed as it has not been abused in previous years.

  • When the board is notified, a desist message will be sent by the board.
  • Race Directors should utilize blind copy for mass emails.
