Budget

  • Review and approve draft budget for 2026
    • Email race directors regarding event budgets

2026 Insurance

  • Renew club insurance by December board meeting
    • Follow instructions in google docs

Elections

  • Running smoothly – post candidate statements online

Upcoming and Past Events and Races

  • Potomac Heritage

    • Not able to use full course
      • Contact event director about the future of the event
  • Boyers

    • Event director will not be present at the 2025 event – Quatro
      will step in
  • Holy Cowans Gap

    • Guy Towler to be event director
  • Email about budget – use of rental van

  • Women’s Half Marathon

    • Registration is low – brainstormed ways board can assist. Will
      help with marketing the 2026 event
