New business
Massanutten 100 Debrief
- Registration is down year over year

- Marketing suggestions – podcasts
- 2026 is the 30 th anniversary
- $2,400 in profit to be used for the 2026 year – infrastructure
- -Help the camp purchase sides for the pavilion

- This would cut down on set up and take down

- Tribute fully paid to VHTRC
- Beginning thoughts of adding a 100K option

- Possibility of linking all VHTRC races together to make a series
- 2026 date is May 16, registration opens Oct. 31 st
Women’s Half Marathon Debrief
- Registration is down year over year

- No change in participation with a earlier registration date
- $450 profit

- Under the tribute
- Child care is a continued success for those that utilize it
- Access to drinking water has continued to be an issue

- No access to filling jugs at the park
- Purchased a used sound system – much easier to use than the older sound
system currently used by races

- Set dates for the 2026-2028 term
- Update the website
- Promote elections
- Rob Colenso will be our commissioner
