VHTRC Membership Issues

If you wish to be a member of the VHTRC please check your member profile and/or ensure that your name is on the Club membership roster. Because of a membership system glitch your membership may have inadvertently expired.

We send out three reminders to renew membership: one month, one week, and one day before a member’s membership is set to expire. That system stopped working in late August, 2021, and was only recently restored. Consequently, many members’ memberships may have inadvertently expired.

If you volunteered at one of our races (HH, BRR, MMT, or WHM) please contact the race RD. You are entitled to a free membership with a code they can provide.
