Upcoming Trail-Work Opportunities
Trail running is no fun without trails.
There are two opportunities in the next month to give back to our public lands and improve the trails for all to use. The first outing is on August 20, where we will clear parts of the Massanutten Trail (likely Short Mountain, Kerns Mountain, and/or Duncan Hollow). The second outing is on September 3 on The Big Schloss course. These are great opportunities to earn volunteer hours for Grindstone, The Bear, or any other upcoming race that requires hours. And to earn good karma for The Ring. And to just give back.
