The VHTRC’s First Quarter Century

By this time in 1992, the VHTRC had been formed. We were planning the first Bull Run Run and, as a tune up for that, le Gran Derriere — our Fat Ass run in December 1992.

To the right is the first VHTRC logo. It adorned our first club shirt. Chris Scott is wearing that shirt in the photo below. I am wearing our first singlet. (We ran fast back then and needed singlets!)
