Cumberland Trail 50k

On October 3, the point-to-point Cumberland Trail 50k was run near Caryville, Tennessee. 42 runners entered, and 33 runners finished under the cut-off. Darin Dunham finished in 8:41. Byron Backer also finished in 6th place. This is a tough, single-track trail race that has over 8,400 feet of climbing. A great training run for longer races later this fall.
